If we're a fit, you get a personal video showing where you appear in Google Maps, what ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity say about your practice, and three fixes. Then we talk through it on a call.
Treatment plan: build (weeks 1–6)
We plan your pages, write your content and build your new website.
Launch (week 6)
Your new site goes live with redirects, tracking and an updated Google Business Profile.
Follow-up: grow every month
Local SEO, content and AI SEO each month, depending on your plan, with a clear monthly report.
What we'll need from you
- Access to your Google Business Profile, analytics, domain and website (we never ask for passwords)
- Your practitioners' bios, credentials and headshots
- About one hour a month to approve content
- No patient information, ever. We don't need it.
Frequently asked questions
How much of my time does this take?
About two hours in the first week for onboarding and the kick-off call, time to review pages before launch, and about one hour a month after that to approve content and join the monthly review.
What happens after the first three months?
Your plan continues month to month. You can change or pause it with 30 days' notice. We review results with you at the end of month three and agree the plan for the next quarter.
Do I keep my website if I leave?
Yes. You own your website, content and every account. We hand over everything within ten business days.
