1. Who the Site is for
The Site provides information about our website design, local SEO and AI SEO services for healthcare and wellness practices. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract to apply to work with us.
2. Information only, not professional advice
Content on the Site, including blog posts, guides and compliance notes, is general information for practice owners. It is not legal, medical, regulatory or financial advice. Advertising and title rules for healthcare providers differ by state and change over time; check with your licensing board or a qualified adviser before acting on them.
3. Applications and services
Submitting an application, booking a call or receiving a free AI visibility review does not create a client relationship or any obligation for either party. We may accept or decline any application. Paid services are provided only under a separate signed agreement, and that agreement controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
Prices shown on the Site are in US dollars and may change. The price in your signed agreement is the one that applies to you.
4. Results
Search engines and AI tools are operated by third parties and change without notice. Case studies and results on the Site describe real past work, anonymised to protect our clients. They are not a promise that you will get the same results.
5. Your use of the Site
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful
- Submit false information or someone else's details
- Send protected health information or patient details through our forms
- Try to break, overload, scrape at scale or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems
- Copy the Site's content to republish it as your own
6. Our content
The text, design, graphics, logo, code and other materials on the Site belong to Integrative Rank or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other laws. "Integrative Rank" and our logo identify our business; please do not use them in a way that suggests we endorse you or your services. You may share links to our pages and quote short excerpts with credit and a link.
7. Content you send us
If you send us comments, ideas or feedback, you allow us to use them to improve our services without owing you anything. You keep ownership of materials you send us in an application (for example, your website address or practice details).
8. Third-party links and tools
The Site links to websites and uses tools run by others (for example, scheduling, video and analytics tools). We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
9. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Integrative Rank will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100). This section does not apply to services under a signed client agreement, which has its own terms.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Integrative Rank against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Wyoming], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in [Wyoming], unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
13. Changes
