Information collected automatically
When you use the Site we and our service providers collect:
- Device and browser information (browser type, operating system, screen size)
- Approximate location derived from your IP address (city or region level)
- Pages viewed, links and buttons clicked, time on page, and the site or search that referred you
- Session recordings and heatmaps that show how visitors scroll and click (form fields are masked, so what you type is not recorded)
We collect this with cookies and similar technologies. See section 6.
Information we do not want
Do not submit protected health information (PHI) or any patient details through the Site. If you send it by mistake, we will delete it.
2. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Review your application and prepare your free AI visibility review
- Reply to your messages and schedule calls
- Send the newsletter you joined and, if you applied, follow-up emails about your application
- Provide services to clients under a separate agreement
- Understand how the Site performs and improve its content and design
- Protect the Site against spam, fraud and abuse
- Meet legal obligations and enforce our terms
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our legal bases are: steps you request before entering a contract (applications, calls), your consent (newsletter, non-essential cookies), our legitimate interests (Site security and improvement, replying to messages), and legal obligations.
3. How we share information
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the Site and our business, under contracts that limit their use of it:

We do not sell personal information. We do not "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law.

5. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your information
- Opt out of marketing emails (use the unsubscribe link in any email)
- Withdraw consent for non-essential cookies (use "Cookie settings" in the footer)
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do neither)
- Not be discriminated against for using these rights
To make a request, email hello@integrativerank.com with the subject "Privacy request". We will confirm your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity. You can use an authorized agent; we will ask for proof that they act for you.
If you are in the EEA or UK, you can also object to or restrict processing, ask for data portability, and complain to your local data protection authority.
Global Privacy Control: we treat a browser's Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of non-essential cookies for that browser.

We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies. Analytics cookies load only after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time from "Cookie settings" in the footer or by clearing cookies in your browser.
7. Security
We use HTTPS across the Site, limit access to personal information to people who need it, use multi-factor authentication on our business accounts, and choose providers with strong security practices. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. International transfers
We and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where our team and providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
9. Children
The Site is for healthcare practice owners and their teams. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
10. Links to other sites
The Site links to other websites (for example, state licensing boards and Google resources). Their privacy practices are their own; please read their policies.

We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date. If changes are significant, we will add a notice on the Site or email people on our list.
